Welcome to Firefly Mediation. Firefly is a small mediation practice in Boulder, Colorado that offers both virtual and in-person mediation for a variety of civil cases. I founded Firefly after working for fourteen years as a civil trial attorney in Colorado.  In my traditional law practice, I found that mediation was often the solution that finally led to a resolution all the parties could agree on. I have a passion for mediation because it works. I work to help parties craft an agreement that everyone can live with.  Mediation gives parties much more flexibility, control, and autonomy over future outcomes than what is possible in court.
